Question: Do I need a gym for this course, or can I work out from home?

Answer: If you want to build your "maximum potential" chest, you can't do it with bodyweight exercise and light weight at home. You have to have access to a gym to get the BEST results from this course. However, if you have heavy, adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable bench at home, you can make substitutions and still complete this course. Just ask me for substitutions when you're in the course.


Question: What if I need to substitute an exercise or have a question while I'm taking the course?

Answer: I'm here to help! Just ask your question or substitution request in the "comments" section of the relevant lecture, and I'll promptly answer.


Question: Is this course for beginners or advanced lifters?

Answers: This course is for all levels, whether you're just beginning or have been lifting for years and want to take it to the next level.


Question: Are the workouts just for chest?

Answer: Yes, the workouts in this course are all for chest. There is a schedule for when you should train the other parts of your body, but you can train them however you'd like.
